My office (advertising agency) has 7 functioning
CRT monitors sitting in a closet. I have refused
to let them just throw them in the trash mainly
for environmental reasons, but also because it
just seems to me that _someone_ could use them. I
might be willing to transport them in my private
vehicle, if I have help to carry (they are
17"-22"--mostly the larger range and are quite
heavy).
